Dear Zoi, Kate and Bethany,  As you well know, we as sellers have totally appreciated you and your team's unprecedented efforts. Firstly, in the persistence you showed in continuing to promote the property, but even more so during the unbelievable lengthy, frustrating and costly closing, none of which was in any way related to your great work. You stood by us all the way!  If at any time in the future we find ourselves in need of your services, be assured, we would seek you out at our earliest.  We do hope to drop by when we are back in Niagara.
