We recently put our home on the market. As seniors, we were somewhat worried about this staging and selling process.
Thanks to the team of Zoi and Tracy this became a rather painless process. Their expertise, professionalism and thoughtfulness were much appreciated. Questions, comments and phone calls to their office team were also handled very efficiently.

We decided to ask Zoi and her team to sell our house and guide us through the process knowing her experience and professionalism would come through for us. We were not disappointed. From assessing the market price of the home, staging using her extensive collection of accessories, photographing, including the use of a drone and producing a first class brochure, the house was shown at its very best. Our house was shown on multiple market sites and open houses were uitilised at strategic times. We actually went abroad at this stage for a vacation, but we were in constant touch with Zoe. The final stage of purchase was handled flawlessly and then we were complete.
